Cash flow-generating investments and land investments for development

Verdispar International, acting on behalf of private and institutional investors, has two major business streams in Europe’s emerging markets – Property Investment and Property Development. Its property investment operations acquire fully developed and leased commercial real estate projects: retail, logistics, industrial and office. The major focus is on modern properties in prime locations with strong tenants and on large property portfolios from successful companies. Long-term leases and successful tenant businesses ensure stable cash flow and investment returns to Verdispar investors.

Verdispar Property Development business stream initiates, develops, leases and divests residential and commercial property development projects. Verdispar’s focus is on residential projects and commercial projects such as office and retail space. Within this business stream, the Company, on behalf of investors, takes overall responsibility for the project development process, including land acquisition, concept development, permit applications, planning, leasing, construction and divestment.

During three year of operations Verdispar International, representing private and institutional investors, has made equity investments of more than EUR 300 million in property investment and development products in our regions of operations.
