Our values

Our values are fundamental to our operations and how we act toward the countries, communities and environments in which we operate, as well as toward our customers, shareholders, employees and business partners and toward society in general.

Honesty, respect, trust and responsibility

Honesty means, among other things, that we do business in a straightforward manner and that our customers and other stakeholders can always rely on the information we provide. We are committed to doing business with a highest standard of integrity, transparency and ethics.

Respect means to us that everyone’s viewpoint is valued, but once a decision has been made, everyone stands behind and supports that decision. People can distinguish between individuals and viewpoints − people can hold differing viewpoints while simultaneously respecting each other and working constructively toward common goals. Trust means that everyone supports the Company’s values as the basis for its future development. We do what we say, enabling everyone to progress in the same direction. For us, a promise is a promise and we understand that the only way to gain customers’ and other stakeholders’ trust is to live with the promises we make… everywhere and always.

Responsibility means that we do not engage in activities that have unacceptable environmental and social risks. We aim to identify such risks as early as possible to facilitate timely and adequate actions and decisions. Our products have a great impact on the environment, societies and communities; therefore we are open-minded in dialogue with those who are affected by our operations. We respond to inquiries from external parties and communicate with affected parties in a timely and effective manner.

People will be spending much of their time in the buildings we develop. This is why we feel a responsibility to create housing and commercial properties that provide a healthy and safe environment. Our responsibility is to ensure that our customers – apartment buyers, tenants, investors – get high quality real estate. This is why we pay special attention to investigating our customers’ needs, in order to meet the necessary quality and durability requirements and ensure the value and liquidity of the building, while ensuring a maximum investment return and minimum operating costs to the building owner.

We comply with legal requirements in the markets where we do business. We respect the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and recognize our responsibility to observe those rights that apply to our performance toward our employees and the communities we work and live in.
