Our focus is not on the quantity of projects, but on creating quality projects that meet customer needs, ensuring added value, building long-term relationships with customers and generating profitability.
Verdispar International says a strict “No” to loss-making projects and projects which may have a negative impact on community safety and welfare and may damage our image and reputation. The Company’s work is characterized by responsiveness to consumer and shareholder needs and the implementation of value-generating projects based on environmental concern, quality and reliability.
Verdispar International does not manage its own property investment portfolios and does not develop its own property projects or projects owned by other corporate groups. Verdispar International manages property investment portfolios and develops real estate projects owned by Verdispar’s clients – private and institutional investors who invest in projects through special-purpose companies. Verdispar’s target and responsibility are to manage property investment portfolios, develop real estate and ensure the promised returns on behalf of its investors. Verdispar has the requisite mandates from investors to perform complete management of their property investment and property development products.
