Verdispar’s Property Investment business stream identifies, acquires and manages property investment products for international investors in Verdispar’s markets. The major focus is on developed and fully leased retail, logistics and office properties. Property investment (sale leaseback) transactions are a way of freeing up “frozen capital” in a property, which a company can then invest in growing its core business. A normal lease may run for 10-20 years, locking in existing low rent levels in Europe’s new growth economies as a basis for future profitability.

Verdispar has created high quality and high value property investment portfolios for its Scandinavian investors, providing a safe cash flow dividend. The current property investment portfolio − acquired and managed for our clients – comprises retail premises, logistic terminals and industrial premises on long-term leases with reputable tenants.
The Verdispar Group offers efficient, professional and competitive transactions based on current market values and can assist in the development of the property.
Verdispar has extensive experience in the region. In Lithuania the Company has created a high-value developed property portfolio for its Scandinavian investors, totaling 130,000 sq. m (1.4 million sq. ft.) of retail, logistics and industrial premises. The portfolio consists of three logistics centers in Lithuania’s capital Vilnius − Vinges Terminalas, Vingės Transphere Logistika and Girteka − as well as the Durapart production plant in Panevezys City; part of the real estate portfolio of Norfa, one of the country’s leading retailers (23 shops totaling 43,500 sq. m across Lithuania); and part of the real estate portfolio of Maxima, another leading retailer (9 shopping centers totaling 26,500 sq. m in major Lithuanian cities).
