Verdispar International’s commercial project development operations initiate, develop, lease and divest commercial property projects: office buildings, retail space, hotels and industrial premises. Within these operations, Verdispar, on behalf of investors, takes overall responsibility for the whole development cycle - land acquisition, concept development, permit applications, design, leasing, construction and divestment. By assuming overall responsibility, we create and guarantee long-term value for our customers and investors.
Commercial property operations target two different customer categories – tenants and investors. The primary customer category is prospective tenants, which have certain needs, requirements and expectations for the premises. Therefore, our major task is to follow the market and work closely with market experts, consultants and tenants to offer products that meet market needs and expectations.
The second customer category is investors, which buy developed property in order to own and manage it for a long period, with a certain expected return. This dual customer relationship means that the products we create must be attractive for both customer categories. We bear in mind that investors always prefer properties in which tenants are happy with their premises.
Verdispar strives, in close cooperation with all market players, to analyze and understand the requirements of both tenants and investors and to transform their needs into products that are suitable to the surrounding society.
