Verdispar International currently has 17 full-time employees, divided between the offices in Zagreb, Bratislava and Banja Luka. These employees have very wide ranging experience of property investment and development management, planning procedures, financing, valuations, marketing, sales and the management of commercial and housing properties. The headquarters of the Company is located in Oslo, Norway.

| Before joining Verdispar, Erik Mohorovic was the executive director of the property department of Erste Bank in Croatia. Mohorovic has a wide and varied background from the field of property and property development and worked on valuations and analyses of all types of real estate projects that the bank was involved in while working for Erste Bank. He has a broad network of contacts in companies that supply services to the property sector in Southeastern Europe. Mohorovic has a Master of Science degree from Oxford Brookes University.
